Brian brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting leadership spanning Fortune 500 companies, startups, hospitality, and the public sector. At The Coca-Cola Company, he contributed to a global procurement initiative that delivered over $100 million in cost savings. As Director of Finance for a beverage startup, he built the company’s full-cycle accounting function from the ground up—including e-commerce accounting across Shopify and Amazon and sales-tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
His business consulting work includes teaching owners and teams to apply the Critical Path Method (CPM): mapping dependent activities, identifying the sequence of work that determines a project’s completion date, and managing critical tasks so delays can be addressed before they disrupt delivery.
He is an IRS Registered Tax Preparer with an active PTIN and holds a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College, City University of New York. He has passed the CPA exam and is not currently licensed.
Brian founded the firm on a simple conviction: small business owners should spend their time growing cash flow, not wrestling with their books.
